  • Facebook (FB) shares reacted positively to news that there are conversations underway with a number of banks to offer banking services via its Messenger app.  Recent challenges with its social media platform has increased urgency to earn more revenue from its other assets.
  • Rite Aid (RAD) lowered its guidance for FY2019 ajusted ebitda to US$540-590mn from US$615-67mn.  EPS guidance was cut from a gain of 2-6 cents to between a loss of 4 cents and zero.  Shares were down over 9%.
  • Wynn Resorts (WYNN) settled its quarrel with Elaine Wynn and will install former Harrah's CEO Phil Satre as vice chairman as part of the settlment.  He will take over as chairman later this year.
