  • News Corporation (NWSA) fell 11% after saying on a conference call that its Australian cable operations Foxtel would require further investments, overshadowing what were otherwise a good results.
  • Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk is seeking a large pool of investors to take Tesla private according to press reports today.  The same reports say that at the same time he is talking to investors there are conversations with banks about possible financing. No comment from Tesla
