Theoretically, DNA strands can be printed out to almost any length as required -- 215 petabytes of information can be fit into just one gram of synthetic DNA.  In the event a vial of DNA is stolen, the thieves have to access the system used to convert between DNA and binary. In addition, Carverr also is offering users an encrypted version of their private key for added security.
