  • Borg-Warner (BWA) cut its 2018 guidance on weaker volumes, mainly from China.  2018 EPS was cut to $4.35-4.40, down from $4.45-4.50.  Net sales guidance was cut to $10.49-10.58bn from $10.64-10.75bn.  The stock is down 2.6% at $42.98.  Borg-Warner is rated ‘Top Buy’ in our US Large-Cap Global Top Picks and ‘Attractive’ in our US Consumer Discretionary Global Top Picks
