  • Euronet Worldwide (EEFT) closed 14.8% higher at $115.06 after Visa (V) said it would allow dynamic currency conversion on ATMs globally starting April 13, 2019.  This allows the users of an ATM to withdraw in the local currency of the person’s home currency.  Euronet Worldwide increased its expected EPS by 60-65 cents per share separate from the Visa announcement and was followed by a number of price target hikes.  Euronet Worldwide is rated ‘Neutral’ in both our US Large-Cap and US Information Technology Global Top Picks, Visa is rated ‘Top Buy’ in both our US Large-Cap and US Information Technology Global Top Picks

  • Facebook (FB) has appointed Adam Mosseri as head Instagram. Mosseri had previously run Instagram's news feed team for many years.  His promotion comes in the wake of Instagram’s founders resigning last week amid tensions with Facebook over the directions of the service.  Facebook closed 1.4% lower at $162.12.  Facebook is rated ‘Neutral’ in our US Large-Cap Global Top Picks and ‘Attractive’ in our US Information Technology Global Top Picks
