The S&P 500 is being led higher today by Financials (+0.99%), Telecom (+0.70%), and Energy (+0.53%), while Industrials (-0.35%), Consumer Discretionary (-0.10%), and Real Estate (-0.02%) are the biggest lagging sectors.

Facebook (FB) CEO Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to testify before the European Parliament today and is expected to discuss Facebook’s privacy issues.
