US Market Snapshot

US stocks are falling today, with the S&P 500 (-0.41%), Russell 2000 (-0.02%), and the Nasdaq Composite (-0.23%).

The S&P 500 is being led lower today by Energy (-1.51%), Financials (-0.87%), and Real Estate (-0.55%), while Utilities (+0.56%), Industrials (+0.41%), and Consumer Discretionary (+0.05%) are the biggest outperforming sectors.

Cato Corp (CATO) posted 1Q2018 EPS of $0.94, which was $0.07 below consensus ($0.87 anticipated).

Celgene (CELG) shares are trading 2.37% higher after the company announced plans to repurchase up to $2 billion in shares, in addition to a previously planned $3 billion repurchase.
